Very expensive compared to other companies

Scheduling complicated things. We would've appreciated advanced scheduling with the glass door company to come the DAY the shower was done... Because it's been 2 weeks since it was done and we only barely got them out here for measurements, which means it'll be another few weeks before we can use our new shower and really give feedback on it's performance.

The presentation was very informative and well presented, such that our desires for a new shower was an easy decision. The demo and installation by Derrick was just outstanding! Derrick was very detailed, meticulous, professional and friendly, which we appreciated! He covered travel areas in my home, such to minimize debrie to maintain cleanliness in my home.

I tell my friends and family members that we like our shower and Statewide is great, but that they should get more bids before deciding. I was shocked that at that price, the door wasn’t included.

Sales experience was a negative, high pressure to sign on the spot. Very expensive. Great installation experience and quality products.

Our installation team was very quick and professional. Ty and his team were respectful, helpful everyday and honestly I would hire them directly any day of the week.

However our experience with the Statewide SLC team was horrible. A severe lack of communication and understanding was our experience the entire time. Even something as simple of changing my wife’s name is still something that has not been done, even though we have said it multiple times. It was extremely disappointing to see how Statewide treats it customers. Statewide should not have an A+ rating in the BBB.

Statewide was fair in price and they delivered as promised! And on time. Quality work and material, just as I wanted! Thank you !

Derrick my installer was wonderful. He kept me informed and made sure that everything was going as planned.

Excellent installation. Very professional. Kept the work area tidy even with removal of old tile and plumbing. Their follow-up on post installation was quick and thorough. Very satisfied

The installation was great work done by a great installer.

I was lied to about everything! I was charged double what I was told. I was assured that replacing the window would fix the problem with leaking. I was told that there was a warranty. How could I get things fixed if no one even returned a phone call?

Tai and Luk came in to do the install and did a great job. They worked hard, identified some issues during demo and were able to get it resolved quickly and were respectful. I've needed a couple questions answeredduring and after the project. Scott and Hugo were wonderful to work with and I'm confident the salt lake installation team will be there is a ever need it.

Before the work was to start we were kept in the loop as to where we were on the install schedule.

Great product. Very professional contractors. Everything was completed in a timely manner. Everything happened just as I was told it would happen. No surprises. My whole family loves our new tub and shower. So happy we made this investment.

Absolutely would not recommend Statewide Remodeling to anybody, but I would recommend our installer Evan to anybody. Apparently this question is meant to be about the install work only so they can get a bonus. If their bonus is dependent on this question, I would recommend seeking employment elsewhere until they can figure out a way to recommend Statewide separately from their subcontracted installers.

Lower cost is not a decision maker. Find what you want first. Then consider your needs and what you can afford.

Hugo and his team went out of their way to make sure that I was 100 percent satisfied with the installation of my walk in tub and shower. He kept in contact with me until the job was done and insured me if there were any problems Statewide Remodeling would be there.

It's just so expensive, and it didn't come with a shower door. I would hesitate to have friends go down this path because of the cost.

A lot of confusion with pricing and contracts!

The disclosure of the fees were not clear and the entire product was not up to the standards represented.

The installer was efficient. He explained to us as he went what he was doing. He answered our questions. He also performed extra work in widening our doorway to accommodate the new door.

The tub and surrounds they installed looks great and works well. The installer was prompt, responsive to request, and finished in the timeline promised.

You were very plugged in to responding to my concerns and questions. The final product is awesome. You came when scheduled. Initially there was some confusion about what I wanted and what you provided. I was told you didn’t do what I needed, but you do, so maybe training your front end people a little better. Glass images was also challenging to work with initially. Their communication skills were lacking, but that improved as we went along as well

The windows are beautiful. The workers were quick and efficient. They were neat and tidy and left things clean.

Everything was great...

I was so pleased with the whole process. I felt like they really cared about my remodel and were anxious to do a good job.

Very good at letting us know where we were in the process of getting our windows. They let us know when the windows had been completed at the manufacturer, the approximate date when they would arrive to their warehouse, called to set up a time for installation, and called after the installation to make sure that everything had been done right.

It took much longer than I thought it would to complete. From when he came and took all the measurements until it was completed was from about two months. If we hadn’t have been leaving the country it wouldn’t have been so crucial. The overall work was excellent. The workers were awesome.

I’m impressed by the lifetime warranty and the project was completed on time.

My wife and I are very pleased with the installation of the new windows and sliding glass doors.

They kept us informed during the process and when we reached out they always called back.
