I applied for a stipend with Social Security for new windows. The rep from Statewide acknowledged that they got a hold of me through SS. Now they say that they do not deal with SS. Statewide was the one that informed me that SS stipend was over $6ooo. Statewide repeated that they do not deal with SS - that maybe I should check with VA. Statewide charged me the complete amount for this window project or to cancel the order and pay for a loan that they took out in my name. I hope that we can iron out this deal but am not getting any cooperation. I did have the windows installed. Statewide workers were GREAT at installing the windows. I would recommend Statewide whole- hardedly to a friend for the work done at my home. I cannot recommend Statewide for their manner of working with the customer. The rep that iniciated the home visit was Keith Johnson. The coordinator that I first talked to by phone was Veronica. Followed up with customer service - Amanda Myers. Project Manager was Roger.

Very thourly trained team of workers, totally wonderful people. Work done beautifully and efficiently with cleanup. No mess left behind. We're very satisfied with result and enjoying the remodeling of our shower.
