They kept in great communication during the installation process and cleaned up afterwards.

Great job in installation. Some of product s seem cheap. I don’t like the shower head at all. Overall a little too expensive for what I received. But I do like the safety factor. That is great

Guys working were wonderful. Polite. Hard working. But clean up was very average. They left the door to the bathroom open while sawing inside and dust settle through the bathroom and master bedroom. Carpet, bedspread, walls, furniture and of course in the bathroom as well. Would haven been nice if they had sealed off bathroom while working. Vacuum carpet and clean master bath counter top.

We have attempted to get Statewide Remodeling and their install crew on several occasions to attempt to get them to come finish the install job on our replacement windows. There were several discrepancies that we provided picture evidence of and have been ignored at every turn. The windows seem to be of good quality, but the installation was unsatisfactory.

The installers were very nice and knowledgeable. There were some mistakes in measurements but they handled the problems.

Kenny and Blake were very punctual on being there on Monday and Tuesday.Then both of them came on Tuesday by 7:am Kenny went over it all with Earl and I .Everything was cleaned up no trash and what a fantastic job they did . Earl and I give them 100% quality work.

Statewide does what they say they will do.

The entire installation process just seemed rushed as I’m finding all kinds of little issues after-the-fact. I’m getting quite tired of having to have people back out at my house for follow-up work, so I’m fixing the small things myself.

Although results are yet to be seen In decreased electric bills, our electricity has run noticeably less since window/door replacement. The windows are beautiful, they slide open so smoothly! The front door is an upgrade to our house, but we most love leaving the front door open since we now have a quality storm door. Everything happened as promised. The saleswoman who came to the house knew her product, brought things to demonstrate the quality of the window, understood financing, and was able to calm the fears of the customer making such a large purchase. The gentlemen who came to the house to measure and install called when they were on their way and were very courteous. And finally, the installers worked straight from the time they showed up until the job was complete. Doors were both completed in one day and all 14 windows were installed, customer was instructed, and site was cleaned by 3:30pm. Great experience overall.

They’re easy to work with, good workmanship, careful to not make any bigger mess than they could help to protect other items in our house and they hauled things off for us. Friendly & respectful staff and providers of work done replacing our shower.
