I thought I had already sent my opinion on the work of replacing my windows in my house.

Nothing but lies from the beginning. Product is poor quality and not what it was stated. Months and months of giving us the run around and not getting products ordered correctly. One installer even put in two p-traps.

The service was fast . He did a great job. Didn’t leave a mess. We are pleased with the shower.

I will give better rating when the job is complete. Keeps being delayed due to doors not being made to proper sizes. Waiting for third remake.

Had a very good experience with the installation. Very professional and am pleased with the results.

One man working 14 hours and costing $13,000 kinda strikes me as pretty high. L should of asked more questions.

I liked the fact that it was not disruptive. The two men who did the work were very clean and made every attempt to keep the dust down.

Installation could not have gone better. Appreciated the prep & clean up, especially in front of the holidays; demo done very well; very happy with final product.

Sales person was good to sell, but once that was done, she forgot about me.

Once I signed the contract, the communication with Statewide on status, start date etc. was brutal. It was difficult to contact Statewide, and they never communicated until I threatened declaring breach of contract a couple different times.

Our installer, Jeremiah, was awesome! He's very methodical, and meticulous. He did a fantastic job.

Quick shower/tub removal and walk-in shower installation. Very nice final appearance.

Very professional and they had our shower replaced and done in one day.

We love just about everything about it, lots of room, beautiful fixtures, great craftsmanship. Only complaint we have is the drain cover will not stay put. They are working on a remedy for it tho. The company is very professional and really cares about quality.

This is our second renovation with y'all. Each time we have struck the balance between affordable and sturdy work.

Greg and his team worked very well together from demolition to installing the new tub. Electrician work was as planned and Chris had to go into the hot attic to run wires.

Clean as you go was seen as a priority.

Small issue as the door structure was removed and installed, behind the door several inches of wallpaper was torn. This was not noticed until the team left the area.

I recommend Stateside for this type of project.

I would tell anyone, don’t hesitate to use statewide for your window needs. They are high end windows professionally put in by people that know what they’re doing.

Didn’t have trim to complete the job. Said they would send someone out to check the windows they put in last year. No one has came to do that.

To long to finish, wrong fixtures, insert sealant will not except paint, shower fixture will not work properly, price I’m paying is not worth it, and I have to pay for shower enclosure my self. I am not using them for that.

I have already shown off my 'new' bathroom to several people. All of them have been as inpressed as I was...especially those who had seen the bathroom before the remodel. 😀

They are always very friendly, helpful, and never in a hurry. They take all the time you need to understand everything, choose materials and make a decision.

Too many reschedules and delays. Was supposed to be 3 to 4 weeks for 2 doors was 3 to 4 MONTHS!!!

The service and staff were excellent. Erick gave us through review of what to expect and Joshua and his helper were more than satisfactory. They clean up everything and even vacuumed the carpet and floor. After they left the only thing we had to do was rehang the curtains. Overall excellent experience. Thank you so much.

Statewide Remodeling has consistently provided superior customer service from first contact with the knowledgable sales rep, having the window installation crew in our home for an entire day, and communicating with the office manager by phone. We will not only have Statewide Remodeling replace our home's remaining windows in 4 months, we will request the same installation crew to return and do the windows installation.
