My experience has been really smooth. I have not had many issues, and anything that arose, Starlight Homes was quick to fix under the warranty.

If I could give Jose 100 stars, I would. He is hands down the best superintendent in the business, period. From day one, he went above and beyond to make sure we were completely taken care of and hooked everything up to the absolute max. There wasn't a single thing he couldn't handle, and he treated our home like he was building it for his own family. Jose didn’t just do a job, he completely crushed it and made this entire experience unforgettable. Starlight Homes is incredibly lucky to have him, the guy is a total rockstar and an absolute legend!

The process was extremely straightforward. The numbers were laid out very clearly so we would know if going the new build route was doable for us. All concerns were addressed. Communication was exceptional from sales and the construction manager. I would recommend Starlight to all of my friends who are in the market to buy. We went to 5+ new build companies and the quality of the home was by far the best. 10/10 recommend. I still feel like even being here for a month+, we still have the company on our side to help if anything happens.

Good price, incentives

As a first time homebuyer, I would not recommend them due to the lender they are connected with. Price doesn’t match quality. It was very hard to prove manufacture guidelines were not being met. We received pushback and had to contact the AC manufacturer ourselves, and the third party AC company contracted to prove it didn’t meet workmanship guidelines. I did not expect to do that with our first time home purchase. I got pushback with multiple situations.

Buying a home from Starlight was a good choice for me because the process was simple due to the assistance of Sinbano, Saul, Justin, Cynthia, Anthony, Jose, Kelli, Jennifer etc. With affordable homes in budget.

The quality of materials used is top notch. You can tell that the batsman paid attention to detail, even small things like the siding on window covering. They were also very responsive and easy to work with.

Multiple issues not addressed after inspection. Taking multiple visits to fix the issues without being able to use the main living area of the house.

House leaked a month into it. Although they are fixing it and its warranty work it’s an inconvenience and the sub contractors that are being used need to come back half the time to correct shotty work. Love the house but this experience with all the repairs is throwing my experience.

Based on my experience, the entire process was very smooth. The offer was tailored to meet our needs—for example, although we had funds available for a down payment, we were not required to provide one. This flexibility was extremely helpful, especially in making the monthly payments manageable compared to what we were paying in rent. Their support truly made it easier for us to move forward.

Absolutely, easy process

Not able to select options for interior of house and appliances are all bottom tier, fridge is pathetically small. No options add more Cabinets to kitchen instead of the pointless window in the kitchen. No garage door opener included.
