Starlight Homes are decent developers and the quality of their work is good. The only area where I had some difficulty was during the financing process. The loan discussion was challenging because they were doing in-house financing through a partner, and there was some confusion. The person we worked with kept asking us the same questions, which made things difficult and showed a lack of focus. This issue seemed to be related to that individual and not the builder itself. Later on, a new person was assigned to us, and the problem was resolved. I think Starlight Homes is a good builder to work with.

They uses Poor quality material

Starlight Homes provided great customer service. I have already recommended them.

They were very helpful with the process and they communicated very well

There is not enough professionalism from the management. They are not willing to satisfy clients, even with small, basic requirements.

Good home. Better pricing. I’m completely satisfied with the home.

One of my friends invested in the same Starlight model with the exact same specifications. He purchased it just three weeks after I did and received a $10,000 price reduction. Since we bought the same model with the same configuration within such a short period, I would appreciate it if you could review my purchase and consider offering a similar price adjustment.

Be more upfront on what you are NOT getting with the house, like simple things like toilet paper holders, screens for windows, garage door openers , towel racks and door to the primary closet! Would have thought about it before purchasing as these we all additional items that needed to be purchased

Nice new quiet community and the homes are very spacious especially for the prices and great if you have kids.

Great company, very efficient

I want to thank Starlight homes for making our dreams possible! The process was very smooth as a first time home buyer, my Husband and I didn’t have a clue on the background on purchasing a home. Starlight made sure that their preferred lenders helped us throughout the entire process! I’ll definitely recommend Starlight to family and friends!

I have already recommended to many and 2 of them ended up buying a starlight home in the same neighborhood.

Trae Turner was great through the entire process of purchasing our home. He was very professional and helpful.

The home we bought was within our budget .

Our sales representative, Kaitlyn Jungjohan, was really pushy and overwhelming, and she wasn't transparent about the pricing.

Overall, my experience was great. Everyone I worked and talked with was very courteous and professional, while giving me the best service possible. If I am asked for home builder recommendations, I would be recommending Starlight in the future.

The house came with a great warranty and excellent response and service from the builder team, especially Diego and Zach Myers, the lot stage supervisor.

Jett Johnson and his team were very good, excellent in their dealings.. and always picking up their calls or returning calls...they were all very helpful every step of the way.

Cost-benefit, affordable monthly payment.

I am likely to recommend them to a friend and I already have.

It was quick and easy

It was great service from the sales manager, Kareem Noorani, and he made everything so easy. Throughout the process, it was very much hassle-free. This was the best customer service they provided.

I’d refer the Sales person and Project Manager, Jett and Zack but not the home exactly if quality I experienced was same workmanship

I will recommend Starlight Homes to my friends.
