One of my friends invested in the same Starlight model with the exact same specifications. He purchased it just three weeks after I did and received a $10,000 price reduction. Since we bought the same model with the same configuration within such a short period, I would appreciate it if you could review my purchase and consider offering a similar price adjustment.

Be more upfront on what you are NOT getting with the house, like simple things like toilet paper holders, screens for windows, garage door openers , towel racks and door to the primary closet! Would have thought about it before purchasing as these we all additional items that needed to be purchased

Nice new quiet community and the homes are very spacious especially for the prices and great if you have kids.

It was quick and easy

It was great service from the sales manager, Kareem Noorani, and he made everything so easy. Throughout the process, it was very much hassle-free. This was the best customer service they provided.

I’d refer the Sales person and Project Manager, Jett and Zack but not the home exactly if quality I experienced was same workmanship

Better sales experience

The sales agent was very cooperative. He was very nice and very patient. He showed us everything, and every time we went to him and asked questions, he was ready to answer. He showed us a lot of floor plans at the beginning. He even showed us houses that were in the middle of the building process. This increased their credibility and showed honesty about the materials they use. He didn’t just show us a finished house and say, “This is what you can see.” He showed us houses that were still being built, which was something very good on their part.

I love the professionalism and promptness of my concerns and needs.
