My experience with Stanek windows was horrible! It began with the sales people promising financing, timing, colors that they didn’t deliver and rude customer service. The job was finally completed two years after it was started. After many sales people and customer service people who refused to answer questions, Stanek finally hired Becky Branski who worked with Tom to complete the job.
Communication was horrible! My door was originally ordered wrong, wasnt told about it, charged. Then when I finally got ahold of someone they had no idea about my door. Got a hold of the regional manager after 5 months, who then promised me a discount on my door for all the trouble. Once my door was installed -- with 2 inches of my header removed -- the company went dark again. Charged me full price. Now my door is hard to open and im guessing it has something to do with the install.
Terrible customer service.
I can’t fit everything in this spot, need a bigger area to write. The MKE office is aware of my complaints. Not getting a great response from them right now. Feeling ignored. Tom the service guy has been great.
