Our entire experience from Sale to Scheduling to Installation to Follow-Through (and of course the product itself) was fantastic!

This is our second time using Stanek products and we have been thoroughly satisfied in both cases.

Great product, great service

Generally pleased with sales and installation. It was disappointing that the salesperson didn't allow us to take time to think about the estimate and would only gurantee the price if we immediately signed a contract.

Overall great quality and service. However, I had damage to the storm door trim several years ago very soon after having it installed due to a wind storm violently blowing the door open while my kids were opening it. Stanek was adamant that I would need to come out of pocket to have it repaired as that kind of damage wasn't covered under warranty. While I understand that stance, it was nonetheless frustrating as the job had just been completed less than a month prior. It wasn't until I had Stanek do more work that they agreed to amend the fixes to the trim.

Worst ever customer service / installation process

Too expensive and the install did not go smoothly.

Love the windows The company was easy to deal with and backed up any issues that I had. The door they installed is such quality love it.

I will pre-emp this with the windows themselves are outstanding. However the customer service as it went on was terrible. They had to reschedule on us three times. Once because another project took too long. Once because the driver couldn’t find his keys to get in the office to get the windows. Also they don’t offfer a window by window break down, or have a qmid available so they can’t be used as energy efficient improvement on taxes.

My experience with Stanek windows was horrible! It began with the sales people promising financing, timing, colors that they didn’t deliver and rude customer service. The job was finally completed two years after it was started. After many sales people and customer service people who refused to answer questions, Stanek finally hired Becky Branski who worked with Tom to complete the job.

This is the 2nd time that we have purchased from Stanek, as windows are expensive we are buying in stages. The 1st purchase was great, This 2nd purchase was challenging as 2 screens needed to be replaced and a frame fixed. These corrections took several months. We were understanding of the delay in getting the parts but the company did not communicate as expected, due to staff changes. We are not sure if we will use Stanek again for our next purchase.

Great installers who paid attention to details & cleaned up as they went along. Very courteous, explained any questions. Just a very nice 3 days. I’d recommend this crew very highly! Steve, Dave & Shane. A-1.

I CANNOT RECOMMEND STANEK TO A FRIEND OR A NEIGHBOR

Only 2 of my 3 windows were ready when they showed up in December. Whatever lie they gave to placate me, advised would be January before they could install. Which tells me they either used my window for someone take, or never had it made. But it certainly went he just brought the wrong window. When I expressed concern for January, I was advised it would be fine, they tent so weather won’t be a problem. Rescheduled twice more due to weather. Too cold, too windy. I got yo the point where all I would answer is “whatever”. I have 5 more windows and a sliding glass door I need to do, Pella was thrilled to hear of my experience.

Quality product from ProVia and Stanek gets a 10, however GreatDay Improvements gets a 1! It should not take FOUR MONTHS to get two simple solid steel entry doors replaced! October 7, 2025 until February 2, 2026!
