The lg window in the bedroom doesn’t slide easily as was advertised by your sales rep. I have to use force to get it to open.

Explain about the fixtures more. We found out that the chrome bars are slick and cannot be held on too well when hands are soapy or wet. Also the bed pan is slick and have experienced slipping which was one of the biggest resons that we wantd a walk in shower.

They were very professional from the first phone contact to the installer. They did a wonderful job on my shower and I couldn't be happier.

Seth Phillips (the installer) did a great job! After seeing the windows installed, however,I think your windows are too expensive. Twenty-two hundred dollars for a more or less standard size window is too much.

I would highly recommend Mad City Windows & Bath. They are very professional and did a complete tub to shower conversion in one day. Jake and Aaron arrived that morning and went right to work and stayed until it was done. I commend their dedication to finish the job.

Our overall experience with the Springfield office has been great. The operations manager communicated well and kept us informed. My biggest complaint is with the Home office who didn’t communicate at all, and really kept us in the dark once the sale was completed and the order made. The main office in Madison Wisconsin could learn a lot about customer service from the office in Springfield.

Well had a shower installed. Top of the shower doors was installed backwards and I had some loose door handles. Call them. They scheduled an appointment to come out on a Monday early in the morning. Change my schedule around 10 minutes before the people are supposed to show up I got a call saying they weren’t coming today. Rescheduled it for Wednesday before Thanksgiving 30 minutes later than they promised they’d be there. No call no one there let me know. He was running late finally showed up. Fix the problem. I thought couple weeks later. Door handles were loose again and they had to send out another installer to fix it. It is fixed right now. The guy Roger that showed up did a great job. but it took
