When the sales man came to my door I ask for a estimate only and he advised that I had to sign in order to get an estimate, then when the Insurance company rejected the estimate because it was only $500.00 your company sent a person out to go on the roof and tear a piece of my roof off then the insurance company approved the estimate , I then decided that I did not want the company to do my roof however by this time I was not able to locate the man that came to my door and was told to contact Jeff Zac breath who advised me that if I did not get the roof done I would have to pay a by back contract fee. which made me feel from that point on that I was taken advantage of as an senior citizen.

Without his and his team's support, I would not have gotten the outcome I did from the insurance company. He answered all my questions. Southern Roofing and Renovation is amazing, performs an exceptional job, and treats clients like family.
