We were very happy with the people and the work from the beginning to the end. We have four neighbors who all had roofs done by you. Some of them had been fighting with their insurance for a year or two, and it was denied several times with other companies. We weren't in that category; it makes it much harder. It was a very smooth process with Southern Roofing. They were great. They got it approved quickly and made everything a smooth process. We have been so happy with everything.

They have a whole lot of turnover. I dealt with a few different people through my process because the person I started with was not there in the end. I still have not received any final paperwork, and what I did receive was not correct and did not include what they did or include any warranty information.
