The day the roof was being installed we were informed the entire roof needed replaced. Another $9,000! The workers were quick but not careful. The slamming down of the shingles caused damage to my bedroom ceiling! Your company did get a specialist in plastered ceilings to repair it.
In replacing g the roof the workers filled the attic either so much wood we couldn’t even get in there! They eventually were told to get the wood cleaned out but it is still a dirty mess up there!
A short time after installation we heard a critter in the ceiling!! It is STILL there but zI as told someone will come and put a piece of soffit to cover the hole! I sure hope it’s soon. I’m sure one of the workers knocked it off as they were quick but not always careful.
