The seamless sales process. I didn’t feel pressured to buy upgrades or do anything I didn’t want to do. The process was truly in my hands

We had a very positive experience with Smith Douglas Homes – Central Georgia and would definitely recommend them to friends and family. The entire process felt smooth and well-supported from start to finish. Nikki Collier, Hunter, and Kris George all played important roles in making this a great experience.

I have already recommended Maddox Station to 3 others.

I'm really satisfied with the house I bought. Nakeza Collier and Hunner Lawrence were very accommodating. Everyone at Smith Douglas Homes was very helpful to me when I was deciding to buy the house. The quality of the house is really nice and very modern. We've been living there for a month, and I haven't seen any problems. The community is also very peaceful.

I had looked for a year to buy a new home as retired now and love the Eatonton Area

Great neighborhood and beautiful homes

They need to focus more on quality instead of quantity.

The materials to build the house is wonderful! We’ve had other houses in the start to build but got out of it because of lack of good building material and I like how guild fixes the issue before getting any further of need be.

A lot of issues with communication with the leasing agent. I was getting inconsistent information.

Affordable homes with good materials and fantastic finishing.

The team is professional and respectful, they answered all our questions quickly and were very informative. Excellent service.

It was timely. It was done in a timely manner. Everything was professional. I was always kept informed.

I would highly recommend! The realtors Sheila & Bianca were so sweet, nice, & very knowledgeable! Anytime we needed them they were there. We love the community & our home. Nothing felt rushed, they treated us like family & for that I appreciate them so much.

It is a good quality home.

We are so thankful for every member of the Smith Douglas team. Our community is coming together beautifully and we are so happy with our purchase! The process was smooth and practically stressless (which is insane, considering). We feel confident in our purchase and are excited to make it a home.

It's a great build home and it's beautiful. The design and print are beautiful.
