From start to finish, I was very pleased. Evi Alook was my project manager and he spent a lot of time explaining and answering all of my questions. He understood all of my concerns and met every one of them! He worked to get the start date that I wanted and he showed up every day at least once, sometimes twice to check on things. The entire process went flawlessly and as expected. It was during a heat wave and the installers showed up every morning and worked all day! I don't know how they did that in the heat but I was very thankful and impressed with all of them. While they were working, it was a mess, but at the end of each day, they completely cleaned up everything (including the nails, shingle shreds, bottles of water, packaging, etc... as if they were never there! It was amazing to watch them work as a team.
One thing that I really appreciated was that the written quote did not change during the install, there were no surprise charges or fine print that said it would be extra for the plywood fixes, etc... Thankfully, there wasn't any big unforeseen issues, but I did have a broken rafter and they fixed it without extra charge! It was completed within my budget, the roof looks amazing and I couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend using them!

The process was great from start to finish. My only issue was that they were supposed to repair a rotted facia board that broke during the reroofing process. The repair was started but needed to dry. No one ever came back after I made my final payment.
