Throughout the project, they regularly checked in to inspect the work and made sure everything met their high standards\.
The entire team was a pleasure to work with\. The office staff was organized, responsive, and easy to communicate with, and the workers were friendly, respectful, and always on time\.
One thing that especially stood out to me was the respect the crew showed while working at our home\. Even though they were warm and personable, they never stopped to look in our windows while walking around the property\. That may seem like a small thing, but it’s something I’ve experienced with other contractors, and it can feel uncomfortable and invasive\. I noticed that they never did it, not even once, and I truly appreciated that level of professionalism and respect\.
