Installer was awesome! Very neat, hardly any mess even with sawing drywall.

Your installers were sloppy. Your service manager had been very accommodating and has been out to fix issues and addressed all of the issues. All the caulk and sealing around the window inside and out is uneven bubbles in the caulk where they stopped then continued. $4000 window and a $5 install job. Now after looking at the more obvious needed issue i look closer and fine more cosmetic things i would call it. Maybe im to picky but for the cost of the window i would expect better i standards and cleaner work. You installers came back worked 7 hours replacing and recaulking the windows and still looks like a 7th grader did the caulking work. If these are professionals you have a serious issue.. you have a great product and a great service manager but he cant fix it if your installers dont give a crap about their work. VERY UNSATISFIED. guess i have to remove the caulk and do it right so its presentable

Rachael/sales was the best. Very friendly, informative, knowledgable and answered any questions we had. Cody/measurements was very precise and good at his job. Adam and crew/install were awesome. No non-sense, friendly hardworking crew. Adam took alot of pride in making sure things were done correctly and looked good. Took the time to make sure we were satisfied and happy. Paul/field mgr made an appearance and followed up with a phone call when complete. All great teamwork.

Prompt/clear communications. Everything was according to (or ahead of) schedule.

This is the second time we have had them do windows. We have now had all replaced.

I am extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with every step in the process of obtaining windows from Mad City. I will be actively discouraging friends and family from using Mad City. Even if I did want to recommend Mad City, there wouldn't be an incentive to do so. I was referred by a friend and they never received their referral bonus despite me calling into customer service

Had an awesome time with your technicians Blake Shawn Jay are the best I have seen in years at any time I have more work like this they are the ones I want doing my installments also Blake impressed me when he found a broken window pain and busted lock and got them ordered right away says alot about his integrity

The installer did a great job. He kept the work area clean and the path to the shower. He was helpful and knowledgeable. I wasn't sure what was standard so getting suggestions was very helpful.

Ben was amazing! Him and his partner worked hard and it was not an easy job. So many time consuming issues occurred as tend to happen during remodels. They had to build everything from the bones up. It was a great job well done.

Wasn’t thrilled to learn that the salesman/manager from Sioux Falls that came and gave the sales pitch lied to us. He stated the installers go through 6 weeks of in tense training. In talking them they never heard of that.

Blake and his crew were efficient, friendly to talk to, and really go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. You could also tell they were very smart and experienced. My windows were done on the whole house in the winter in Minnesota in 1 day while it was snowing and it was amazing to see the temperature barely drop inside the house by the time they were done. They cleaned up the area very nicely, you could hardly tell they were there. Our local contractor even commented on how well they were installed and how they looked. Very impressed and considering more work from Mad City thanks to them.

Maybe just a bit more communication as to the payment process and when it starts and also more about the materials used to recreate the outside window frame.

Sales person or whoever ordered wrong color hardware so it doesn't match the rest of my bathroom. Price mostly is why I might hesitate to recommend. But the installer was great and it is quality work.

It took less than a week for a huge job. Loved that !

They were really detailed what they did and as well telling us how the windows operated

His work and attention to detail made the one who originally installed the shower look like a rank amateur. When shower was installed, plywood used was thinner than the sheetrock and he used just the thick adhesive beads to get the shower panels to set flush with the drywall. The one who replaced the damaged panel took time to shim the plywood to set even with the drywall surface, and removed window trim to place the shower panel behind the window trim, as should have been done with the original panel.
