Suggestion box: announce 15 minutes prior to closing. When it said kids zone open on the pool schedule it doesn't say that it closes at the same time as the pool. That doesn't allow for getting rinsed and dressed without opening the door to find multiple staff waiting in the hallway with your child. That was embarrassing not only for me but my 13 year old daughter. It's the first time he hasn't wanted to go swimming with the bigger kids because he wanted to stay and play with friends. We didn't know they closed at the same time as we haven't used our membership often. I felt incredibly disappointed. The schedules weren't posted. I had to ask for a copy.

It's a designated space full of different entertaining and simple toys, and props to keep my child busy engaged at play and able to cope without additional stress to our separation. The care givers are friendly and welcoming. It feels safe.
