Service Master came quickly the same night of the leak. Set fans gave me information in the leak.

They were very helpful and completed the job quickly. They were a great help.

The employees from each department of ServiceMaster were thoughtful and courteous, industrious & dilligent. The project management was poorly handled. I was told that due to my age (80+) and my significant health history, and the severity of the water leak and molds (black, yellow & green) in my living room, that the situation was a priority. Management didn't follow their own policy. Completed after 6+ weeks...If that's their idea of "urgent" and "priority" I'm glad they are not in the health care industry as I am. And that I managed to stay in my home through this entire ordeal without a hospital admission amazed & made my pulmonologist, allergist, cardiologist and family practice doctors concerned. Also, the LR walls were textured/painted x2 as the first time wasn't done well...an additional delay.

Joe and Juan are excellent technicians. They clean up all the debris and will be done with the flooringtomorrow Tuesday.

The service master associate left the door off the hinges, staples on the wall, and chipped my wall and ceiling.

ServiceMaster has an issue with too many leaders and not enough followers. The manager did not show up to a meeting that we had scheduled the day prior. I felt as if I was doing ServiceMaster's job because I had to call the electrical contractor to schedule their work. It seemed that ServiceMaster waited on me to organized the job. When ServiceMaster return my belongings I found that some had been damaged; I was not warned of my damaged belongings before finding them myself. It took me 3 weeks to get ahold of ServiceMaster before I was compensated for the damages.

They did extra stuff when they didn't need to. It left me high and dry.

Still a bit confusing process, but grateful for help when needed.. thx

They overcharged my insurance company!

During the initial visit, I spoke with the claim manager and informed him that I was unemployed and would be happy to assist with the work in turn for a reduction in the charges and a credit to my deductible. He agreed and I performed more work than required for the deductible. I was told I would be issued payment for the excess and that never happened. I did get the deductible eliminated, but not paid for the work over and beyond it.

I would redeemed them to anybody. They worked hard. I would like for the 2 blinds in my bedroom to be taken care of.

Of all the people involved in fixing our damage, they were by far the best group. They were in our home within a couple of hours of our call to our insurer, stayed with it for the next few days, and left our home ready for the repairs to be done. Friendly, professional from start to finish.
