We were very excited to support a local installer team and were set to cooperate fully with your team expecting good but not perfect service. The install started well but communication was lacking from the beginning. I disclosed that we were hoping to refer the local nonprofit that I work for if the work was completed as agreed. We were using Palomar at the time, and I did not solicit Adam Rizzo and his team as it may have been viewed as a conflict of interest. We did receive a quote, and it was lower that Your teams.

Very poor work. Third party company did the work. Try to overcharge for product that was not used and used paint to try to cover things. Horrible experience with them. They don’t like to return calls. Just all around very unprofessional. So no I would never recommend

Very poor customer service

Project manager told us project would be complete by Friday after Thanksgiving. They didn’t work the Friday. Failed to notify us and had left his phone behind when he left town for the holiday. I had a question about my quote during the install. The sales person never returned my call. After the install it rained and we found the workers had not sealed some openings. Once again, called and texted the project manager and no response

"3". Written and verbal instructions about charging credit cards were ignored. Blew out my credit card causing a MAJOR issue with my bank. Sales represented the $500 online credit as incentive for having both husband and wife present for sales pitch. (?) Sales stated they would be primary contact throughout project however roofing project lead said that he should be contacted (for roofing). There should be a roof inspection (by roofing crew) prior to job start. Initial roof inspection mentioned nothing about fascia or skylights needing replacement, a cost adder that was not planned.

It was done quickly, and they seemed to do a good job.

I feel the work is quality work but there is poor communication between the different services. This caused projects to be completed then torn up again. Also my new Rain gutter that I had recently put in was thrown away. It was replaced at no cost but not to the same quality that I already had. This just a couple of issues. There are more.

Their whole team was very professional and wonderful to work with.

Everything went very efficiently. I was highly satisfied with the work done and the timeline.

This was a true investment into our home and Sempra Solaris made the process easy for us. The team from beginning to end kept us updated and the crews sent were professional and left our property clean after each work day. I definitely would recommend the roofing side of Semper to someone. I would recommend the solar side of Semper, especially for a new solar system. However, the solar side needs to schedule time to explain the software that can monitor/run the system, The techs who install the system don't have the time--take the time?--to really explain the software better.

Calls are not returned. You cant be transferred to the person who was helping me she wouldnt even look up the number or transfer me to Juliana.

During the project Christian failed to show up when we were told to expect him. He was late most of the time. When he first came here he asked me where the panels were. On day one, the truck loaded with materials showed up before the old shingles were even removed.

I knew Genevieve from when my personal Solar system was installed. And I had Semper Solaris do 3 roofs.

I actively tell friends and coworkers to avoid using Semper Solaris. Some of the worst customer service I have experienced.

Our project has been a problem since day one. A lot of confusion regarding timelines and fixing problems.

They were extremely professional. They reinstalled the roof on my home in record time and cleaned up after themselves. They left my home looking beautiful.

The whole experience, from the initial sales consultation to the roofing tear-off/replacement, new attic insulation, solar system specs & installation, coordination with the local utility, and follow-up on billing documentation was outstanding.

I can only say this because of Cherice Hess. She is the most valuable person in the company.

The job went faster than we could imagine. Everyone on the team was polite and efficient at their work. They did a great job and kept the patio and the area clean all the time we almost didn’t know they were here and within a couple of days they were finished we’re so happy with the results, the roof looks beautiful. It made our whole property look like a new house thank you so much simper Solaris.

In short, your communication throughout the whole process was terrible, and the project took over a year and four months to complete. The workmanship on the roof was subpar.

semper solar did not come back to turn on the tesla power wall and fill in the ditch

Semper Solaris did our solar installation a few years ago and it has run perfectly ever since. They did not gouge us by putting on a new roof at the time, but with a series of heavy rainstorm, our neighbors began having leaks. We put on a new roof as a precaution. It was a complicated jopb because the solar panels had to be removed first and reinstalled and that required new permitting. But Semper handled it flawlessly and now we have solar power AND a new roof
