Fair and friendly, quality work

We experience a very unprofessional installation. We site manager was present and the work crew did not speak English. We had asked for box vents to be installed, which was noted on our contract. We were blocked in our home by tarps, so by the time we heard the saw it was too late as they were cutting ridge vents. We asked the crew to stop and they handed us a phone to talk to their manager. He apologized that he was not there and that he had NOT read over the contract. We tried to communicate our disappointment with the sales representative several times and all we got was an apology.

Quality product; professional salesmen and installers

Our home was not taken care of during the project. A lot of sloppiness that should have been addressed before we brought it to your attention. Obviously no one came out for a quality check which we were told would happen when we met with the souls people. Things were broken and caulked back together instead of replaced. Piles of nails were left. A very long scratch along. Our deck was left and several. Marcus, on our door and window trims from shingles. These would not have been taken care of unless we brought them to your attention. These things should be fixed before your customer has to bring them up. Yes, these things were fixed after we brought them up to you. However, having to see these issues and bring them up to you makes me question whether more damage was done and we don't know about it and makes me question the quality of the work.

Everyone was nice and they did a great job, and the price was good, thank you so much.

Very reasonable pricing, honest (said many gutters didn't need replaced and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, great work, top notch roofing crew, excellent cleanup after job was completed.

I was lied to as far as who would be installing my roof. The salesman kept talking about Amish installers but there was not one Amish on the job site. I don’t care who installed my shingles. I do care that it was misrepresented to me.

Returned to modify downspout to another configuration without charge.

There was no clear timeframe given on when job would start. Weeks and weeks passed after down payment made and contract was signed. Several calls to the office and no timeframe could ever be given. Week after week, I was just told that "crew will call you to schedule." Eventually I was given number for crew leader and had to reach out to him myself to get put on his schedule. Being kept in the dark on when job would be done was extremely stressful, and for this reason alone I would not recommend. The personnel were all friendly and ultimately they did good work once they finally got to me. Quoted price was on par with other estimates. But job was done 2.5 months after contract was signed. No telling how long I would have waited had I not contacted the crew myself.
