The office personnel, Angela and Teya are responsive. The quoting process went very well. There are some unfinished tasks that if done correctly would change this rating to 5 star.

poor communication in the office...people out but no one is covering for them .asked for paper receipt upon completion of job, then after via email still waiting after 3 weeks to get it

I was surprised to have a Mexican crew. We were expecting an Amish crew. You probably should make that clear when contract is signed. It didn't make any difference to us, but was surprised. I am assuming they were all here legally.

You give the impression that you have Amish crews! I was told that you do not have any Amish crews after the fact! If that is true, that is a misconception, if it is not true, I was lied to!

Fair and friendly, quality work

We experience a very unprofessional installation. We site manager was present and the work crew did not speak English. We had asked for box vents to be installed, which was noted on our contract. We were blocked in our home by tarps, so by the time we heard the saw it was too late as they were cutting ridge vents. We asked the crew to stop and they handed us a phone to talk to their manager. He apologized that he was not there and that he had NOT read over the contract. We tried to communicate our disappointment with the sales representative several times and all we got was an apology.
