On several occasions, the pair of employees assigned to our mitigation job arrived over an hour late. However, one day after they called to say that they would be delayed until 9:30 they didn’t arrive until 4:30 without another call. It was apparent that they had no respect for us or our schedules.
As we’re finally emerging from winter, my husband had occasion to go into the backyard for the first time since well before Christmas. He discovered that your employee had left the door to the crawlspace open after he crawled in to see if he could access a part of the kitchen subfloor. He was unable to do that, so they did the necessary repair from the inside.
No one has had any reason to access the crawlspace since then, yet my husband discovered the door to the crawlspace open after few days ago. We’re convinced that critters have been in there. In retrospect I was hearing noises from the general direction to that access point at about dawn on several mornings. It’s highly likely that there are critters under there and the responsibility for that is the Rytech employees. We need you to pay for an inspection and process to rid the area of vermin, since your employee left the access open.
