I felt like the service and removal work was good, but way overpriced for the value. I would not use a vendor through my insurance company again if it is going to be twice what a local vendor would charge.

I WAS GIVEN THE WRONG SHELVES

I've (thankfully) not had many reasons to use restoration companies. But of the three, this experience with RyTech was the absolute worst. No part of this project was frustration and worry free, with the exception of the actual work done every step required constant follow up on my part, no promises (even for call back) occurred, and in the end close to 5 weeks of delay were added to this project that could have been prevented had things been done close to correct the first time.

1) Within 5mins of submitting my claim I had a call & text message scheduling their arrival 2) Extremely polite/mannerly technicians arrived; very conscious and careful with my furniture and belongings 3) Punctual and accommodating

Communication was poor. One of the fans was broken and resulted in a delay of several days. Frustrating experience.

Hmm my appliances (washer and dryer have been left outside in the elements during, rain, hail, and really bad storms and still outside being further damaged) waiting for a phone call and someone to replace them. John 602-487-6721

1) Rytech changed the date of our appointment which made us change an appointment with our plumber. It was subsequently changed back to the original date and time after we engaged USAA. 2) the people doing the work did not speak English.

Mike who claimed to be the owner often did not respond to text messages or calls. The wet carpet padding was left for 4 days. I had to beg to have it removed because the house stunk so bad, you could smell it as you drove into the driveway. He claimed he needed permission from USAA to remove it. I was told the day after the flood that it would be removed. My window was left open for days with the air conditioning running. They moved a toilet to access some of the areas in the bathroom to work. The toilet was not screwed back down because the screws were broken off, and was not connected to running water. A Rytech employee urinated it and left it there. After the job was done and no one came to take care of it, the house started to reek of urine. I had to remove the urine from one of Rytech's employee myself. It was one of the most disgusting things I have ever had to do. I was VERY disappointed with the added stress while dealing with my house being flooded and torn apart.

Please send this survey again when the project is completed. They are only beginning this project.

Rytech was professional and fast to dry out our kitchen.

I called my insurance and within a day Rytech was at my home to start to remove the water damage to my walls and ceiling. They taped off the area with plaster so when the removal was being done it was contained to only the area they were working on. All my questions and concerns were answered and they did a great job of cleaning up and following up with any concerns I had.

Great service. Friendly people. They took care of my home and prevented another mess.

I have never dealt with a restoration company so I don’t know what the standards are. Rytech did a very good job and I was satisfied. If an issue came up, I called right away and it was resolved.
