During a terrible time in a persons life I appreciate that each person on this crew was kind, calm and reassuring. They were knowledgeable and encouraged questions. They easily navigated my schedule and went above and beyond in professionalism.

The whole project took too long. Workers that had been on the job for one week were sent to do the work without supervision. Portions of the kitchen and den flooring was cut out and left uncovered. House and us were left exposed to crawl space elements. It was a trip and fall waiting to happen. My husband had just returned home after a 2 month hospitalization from major surgery. He was bedridden and needed constant care. The situation with the house was extremely stressful to him and to me. Subfloor was not replaced for over a month. We eventually had to move to a rental. At some point the supply line to our refrigerator was cut and left lying in the dirt in the crawl space so that when we eventually moved back in - 5 months later- we had no ice or water. No one would take responsibility to fix it. I had to hire a plumber to come fix it.

While the service met basic expectations, my experience with the staff was disappointing. There were moments where communication felt unprofessional and my concerns were not addressed as clearly or respectfully as I had hoped.

They were great, Very efficient and made sure everything was correctly before they closed the work order

They were professional and did what they were supposed to do. They took care of business.

Inconsistent communication. The items shifted were not returned to their proper place because only one person came and it wasn’t fair for him to move everything alone when a team initially moved everything. I couldn’t ask him to move all that heavy stuff exactly where it should be.

The manager hung up on my phone call, would not respond to my calls or texts.
