No thought given to reconstruction after demolition. The way demo happened on shower insured entire shower would need to be rebuilt, instead of just deom-ing affected areas

Not enough explanation of the process and steps. Workers were there for only partial days. Demo could have been completed in 1-2 days, took 2-3 days. Arrived late morning and left early afternoon. Always felt like they were in a hurry. Explanations were brief and changes to what was explained was not communicated.

The whole team was prompt and professional. It was an easy process and they were helpful through the whole process.

Rytech got out quickly and were on time with the cleanup. They communicated well throughout the whole project with the timelines.

Everyone I dealt with was responsive and professional. They went above and beyond to help with issues related to multiple insurance companies being involved and helped me understand the mysteries of the insurance process.

Once Rytech came out to do the remediation they did a great job of explaining steps and why my items had to be stored so they could pull up the flooring. I was pleased that my important items: piano, antique organ, and massage chair could be wrapped up and stay in the living room (another mover had damaged furniture.) The water remediators were professional and did a good job. The remediation was well done. The project manager could not solve Rytech's communication issue with our insurance.
