The representative Kenneth arrived in a timely manner and was very friendly and communicated well. He indicated after leaving the incident he would return after getting additional equipment. He did not return that evening and was informed by his supervisor not to return because it was late. When the demolition person arrived it was one person to begin the demolition and he was supposed to have someone help him. At 10:00 am he received a call that his additional person was pulled it way. So we had two days of demolition when it could have been done in one day. The guy that did the demolition was extremely hard-working and had to make up for the loss of the second person.

Everyone was accommodating and knowledgeable. Also very kind.

They ripped out everything and, now, we have no flooring. I was not even sure if this was necessary to prevent mold. The company also did not place things back to where they were supposed to be. I was not sure if this was the right way to do things.

Rytech came to my house 2 hours after l called my insurance company, it was 9 pm. Marc the person I first met from the company was very nice and polite. I work, so l left the key of my condo for him to come in and out. There was not a problem with that.
They had to remove my floors and kitchen cabinets, that was done fast and efficiently, all the debris was taken out and the rest of the house was not affected. I would recommend this company to anyone completely sure they would be satisfied with the work as well
