Very professional and knowledgeable

The Rytech team was very communicative and helpful. Calling a company like Rytech unfortunately doesn’t happen during a good time in your life, but they were always so friendly, upbeat, and helpful. They made a hard time a lot easier and we appreciated their timeliness, sense of urgency and kindness.

Mistakes were made and when I called them out on it, they became very defensive and then stopped working with me completely.It wasn't until I had to fight and threaten to make a claim against their insurance that they finally were able to listen to me.It took two months to resolve my issues. They made promises they couldn't keep. The kept telling me that requests were made that weren't. It was a horrible experience from starts to finish. They ruined my living room floor which was apparently not part of the initial process and then kept talking to me in a condescending matter on why they did what they did but then disappeared for about 2 months.

Rytech of the Pee Dee-Florence Myrtle Beach provided excellent work, and were very professional.

I would say right-tech would be a good company when it's not super busy. You could tell that they were just overwhelmed with the amount of work they had, not just with my project, but with other projects around the state. Some things got missed, and forgotten or not followed up properly. They're probably a very good company, and they're probably doing a very good job following up under normal circumstances, but they kept telling us how, how busy they were. I had people show up at my house, and didn't have business cards, didn't have a truck with a sign on it, so I had no idea who these people were. That part kind of bothered me. Everybody has their bad days, and I think I got a couple of those. They had nice people, and I'm sure the people that work for them were hard workers, but just from a customer's perspective, if I were to base it strictly what I was exposed to, I probably would not recommend them. I just don't want to see anybody lose their job, and I don't want anybody to think the circumstances were different. They would have done a far better job because they seem competent.

Great Customer Service With A Lot Detail To Finishing The Work In A Neat And Timely Manner

Marcus and his teammate were super helpful, kind, and professional. Marcus took all of my phone calls. It was a crazy time for us, having a flood in the house. They were great, and they went out of their way. They were so polite, and I would totally recommend them again.

I thought they did a good job with what they did. It was unclear on what I was going to be charged at the beginning. It ended up being much more than what I expected. The price was not clearly defined. I would suggest someone getting a written estimate at the beginning, so you are not surprised

They did a good job . They took all the wet insulation and dried the floor they let the huge fans run for a few days and came every day to check the progress. They covered the huge hole with a heavy plastic.
