I had a good experience. Rytech seemed to be knowledgeable.

Did not follow protocol. Did not properly contain the area or use negative air procedures. The job did not pass the clearance testing. Cross contamination was found and new mold was found in the same area. We are now having to redo remediation with another company and demo the cross contaminated area.

David Valle was fantastic. He was easy to work with, knew what he was doing, and was very fair.

Very unsatisfied with the work they have done. I hired someone to do another construction work, and they discovered more mold and mildew on the floor, and it's still very wet. So, to be honest, this contractor is now billing my insurance company for the additional work. They were there for two weeks doing what they were supposed to do, and couldn't discover the mold and mildew. That is dissatisfying to me.

Rytech was great. They were very friendly. They explained the whole process very thoroughly, so I didn't have any questions. They checked in with me pretty much every day to let me know what was going on the entire time. I wasn't left guessing what was going to happen or when it was going to happen. Rytech was very thorough, friendly, and professional.
