Cesar and Juan's group were extremely professional and gave us the confidence we were making the right choice by trusting ruff roofing.

I was told the roof would take one day and it took two intire days

Poor inspection up front. After old roof was on the ground, was then told it needed new plywood around whole exterior raising the price from the estimated $15,000.00 to $22,000.00.Was told financing would be at 10% and ended up at 11.9%. Should have gotten more estimates. LESSON LEARNED.

Very professional

After a month I found damage to our soffit I reached out to the salesman but so far no reply! Also the contractor they hired had his trailer overloaded with shingles’s from a previous job I notified him that it was to heavy after job was done he loaded 25 more squares to much of a load for my driveway they created a whole bunch of new cracks I realize my driveway is not new but we lost out they only deducted $ 500 of our bill. Now we have to replace the entire driveway! This is an honest review.

The roof replacement was excellent, but I have been unable to get them back for some minor repairs.

As of NOW **** no. So you did work on my hone without pulling a city permits as required. The city came down on me. Now I've contacted you people several times and got the run around with bs answers regarding oh we'll get back with you. the lady that pulls permits is on vacation and won't be back on whenever she feels like it. So, the city of Groves, Tx. is requiring you to pull a permit and make it right even though you completed the work a month ag don't ask me why but that's what he said. so I'm giving you 24hrs to get the permit and contact me that its official been handled, or I'm going nuclear on Facebook with the absolute worst review you can ever imagine. Times ticking but sorry it has to be this way but you failed to do proper business. and **** sure don't care about contacting me in regard to this matter. Your arrogance has a price.

They are very prompt. They got us scheduled. They showed up exactly when promised. They did a complete job and a very thorough cleanup. They did a great job all the way around 100%. They did an amazing job for us. I am really impressed.

There are two vent pipes that the vent was replaced. To me it looks like the wrong one was used. It looks like the angle is wrong. The angle should have been for a 4/12 pitch.

Upfront and honest

Pay me for the damage to my mail box. Your truck backs over it and crushed the upright. $80 for the new pole and $100 labor to install it. Balls in your court. My Salesman has ghosted me.

AMAZING JOB. These guys showed up at the crack of dawn. 6 am. Maybe they slept under the bushes in out front yard. Four of them were up on the roof right away while the remaining guys tarped around the house. A dumpster showed up out of nowhere and by 10.00 am I was on the bare roof looking at the decking. Some bad spots were cut out and replaced and while that was done the rest of them started removing nails and sweeping the decking. Next came the waterproof barriers and shingles were tacked on to about half of the roof before noon. After their lunch break in 100 degree temperatures, the rest of the roof was put on, ridge vents were added where none were before, the vents were replaced with metal squirrel-proof vents and everything was painted to match. By 5 PM we had a great looking new class 4 roof. This would lower our homeowners insurance by over 1000 bucks a year.
