Chrissie was recommended to us by our insurance company and even though we ended up finding new insurance, I am so happy we met Chrissie!

Our process for the roof replacement took much longer than normal but Chrissie was with us every step of the way. She would check in, work with insurance companies, and meet with the people the insurance company sent out. When it was time for the replacement she even helped me pick a color for the shingles! Day of the replacement we were in constant communication - Chrissie sent picture updates throughout the day and kept me informed on what was going on.

Even though things didn't work out with our insurance company, the experience we had with Chrissie was perfect. I was able to ask her anything and talk through different scenarios until we determined the best way forward for us. I cannot recommend Roofing Done Wright, and specifically Chrissie, enough.

there are ripples in sections of the shingles. it looks like there’s too much material and it doesn't lay flat. i was told that it would take a few sunny days and it would straighten out, but that didn’t happen. there have been plenty of sunny, warm days and it still looks wrong. it’s obvious from the street.

Roof is bumpy and wavy over the gutters. jack, my salesman, said this happens very rarely, but does happen. I have never heard of this before and I don't see any other newer roofs showing this outcome. He did his best to make it look better but the roof is embarrassing to me. The most disappointing use of my hard-earned cash.

Jonathan Holliday did a thorough inspection, provided great documentation of the process. He patiently answered our numerous questions so no surprises when the job day arrived. He followed up and did an inspection, answered more questions. Excellent experience!
