They did a nice job on the roof. The fellow who was here was having some conflicts of interest, and other than dealing with the company, I had no problems with the company; it was some of the workers who were here that I had several issues with. Other than that, they made everything right.

Roof Installed in May 2026. Sent pictures a few days after install with some issues I found with a few shingles where main egress to the roof occurred by the installation crew. Sent via text and briefly discussed with salesman. I sent a follow-up text on 6/29/26 after not hearing a response for a month. Still no response.

The time estimated to complete the job was significantly shorter than the actual time required. The estimated time was to have the job completed in a single day. In fact it took several days of actual work. There were weather delays that are understandable and not reflected in the actual work time.

We had a long process working with our insurance company after spring storms come thru our area and parts of our roof was torn off. Roof Works helped us thru the process and got us on the schedule as soon as they could after the insurance company finished our claim. We live on a ridge so we get a lot of wind and being that we were getting late in the season, Roof Works made sure our roof was replaced before winter set in and short fall days took over. Elmer and his crew worked diligently to make sure they replaced our roof quick. The roof looks great and we are extremely happy with the whole process.

I liked how Michael provided a detailed estimate. He was the only salesperson who put up a ladder and went on the roof and took detailed measurements. I reached out to four other companies, and he was the only one who went on the roof to get detailed measurements. He was responsive, and the quality of the roof was outstanding. They did a good job.
