They were very efficient and worked hard. They did well on the cleanup, and I had no issues with the workers. We had a minor issue, but they responded in a timely manner. We had gutter protection, and one of the gutters came loose, and they were out immediately.

very happy with the roof installation..it took 3 days to complete and the workers were very good about cleaning up everyday. Jeff was very nice to deal with and answered all my questions. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work that was done and my house looks fabulous with the blue shingles!..They reallly make the house "pop" with the white shingles. Would definitely recommend Roberts for all your roofing needs!

I was completely satisfied with Robert's Roofing until the first heavy rain after installation and my roof was still leaking. Roberts determined that the flashing around the chimney wasn't installed properly and they came out and fixed it. It still leaked. They cut into my brick deeper than necessary and when they came out to check it, Roberts agreed and told me that they would be back the following week to caulk it. They never came back. At the time of that visit, they told me that the chimney had cracks and to contact a chimney company. Roberts never mentioned that the chimney was cracked. If I knew that, I may have addressed the chimney issue before spending thousands of dollars on a new roof.

From initial house visit to completion of project, Roberts Roofing took the time to answer questions, address any issues, and take care with both the safety of workers, and of my property. My house although small, had 3 different roofs, at various angles and pitches and is built on a hill, with a busy road. They arrived on time, carried materials up from the road, carted old roofing away, put on the new roof and cleared the yard using magnets to pick up any loose metal that might have rolled off the tarps. Job was completed by dusk. Quality installation check was performed the following day. Great business with good, hardworking employees.

They were very comunicative throughout the process, providing needed documentation in order to receive HOA approal for the new roof in a timely manner. They also, for a fee, did all the work to obtain the permit from the town to replace the roof. Everyone, salesman, office staff, project manager and team lead were all wonderful to work with.
