They took their time to completely remove the old sheathing, install metal valley flashing, new gutters when they were damaged and installed ice and water shield over and above what was required. Other houses were done in a day and in a rush. In some cases they did not do the job properly.

You get what you pay for!! RJK was excellent from start to finish! I’m sure glad I waited and got their estimate before moving forward.

RJK was absolutely the best to work with. From scheduling an estimate for a new roof, working out details with Francisco and finally getting the roof installed. Francisco and the crew did a wonderful job. They were professional, pleasant and so easy to work with. The roof turned out beautifully and I would highly recommend using RJK.

RJK was 5 stars from start to finish. The initial meeting with Francisco was fantastic as he is so knowledgeable and transparent about what he’s seeing and what needs done. Once scheduled, Greg came out to go over logistics and timing and I felt that no detail was forgotten and I appreciated knowing what to expect. Once the project started, Adam and his team executed the project outline to a tee, they were on time, efficient, and they did great work. You would never know they were even there with the excellent cleanup at the end of each day. Francisco then stopped by a couple days after to grab photos and make sure we were happy with everything. Every team member truly has pride in their work and care for the customer.

They did a great job. The quality of work was outstanding and every detail was addressed. The new roofing job is far superior to the original construction, and the Summer Harvest Duration shingles look amazing!The ridge vent is far superior to the original and all locations are properly vented. The bathroom now has its own roof vent instead of being vented into the attic as before. They did an outstanding high quality precise install.
