The Retex representative arrived promptly and was fully prepared to answer all our questions and concerns at the time of our initial consultation / estimate. His extensive knowledge of the materials and the process for providing the services was very evident. He was very professional and provided us with the various options available for us to discuss. He then reached out to us to ask if we were ready to proceed. There was NO pressure sales tactics. During the roof installation, he was on site at various times to ensure that things were being done perfectly. Awesome communication and authentic care for the consumer.
