When I called them, they were in Mechanicsburgh, and they said they would be here in 40 minutes. They were very good, and they were here on time. Additional Comments - I think when you are in a situation like this, where a 150 pound awning falls down, you are very scared. I had never heard of RestoreCore, and they were here in 40 minutes. I think that is exceptional. My dog and I could have been killed, in fact, we were outside when it fell. It was a very scary situation. I was never aware of the company, and my insurance company gave me a choice of a couple companies in my area. I picked RestoreCore without knowing anything about them, except that they were recommended by my insurance company. I am very satisfied with how fast they came. A lot of people say they will come, and then they never show up.

Additional Comments - The RestereCore employees were thorough, completely professional, pleasant and reassuring. We were kind of overwhelmed by 6" of water in the basement after our sump pump died during a deluge. This basement had never flooded since the house was built in '77; my parents owned it initially. They also helped us to move things out of the basement that we wanted to get rid of, stuff that was not ruined per se, but which was in the way of a good clean up. My husband was awaiting surgery on his arm and could not have done it alone. I thought that was above and beyond the call of duty, and we especially appreciated it. I simply cannot praise them highly enough for their efforts and professionalism.
