You know how/why I am disappointed, you have sent two people out here to look and talk with me. You have promised to come finish what you promised and you have not. My gutters are still sitting on the ground and I just paid someone else to come clean up the war zone you left in my attic- nails, debris, You damaged my fireplace chimney and did not fix it as promised. etc.. Mason and Dillon both have not followed up as promised. My project manager left me alone with no one who speaks english with me to communicate during the job.... etc.
