The installers were incred I'llwent above and beyond what I expected in a good, professional crew. We have a houseful of disabled people and the crew was able to make them feel confident with the whole process. They were also able to answer questions with straight forward, understood by the lay person answers. I think that's pretty indicative or the superior quality of your installers.

All your guys or professionals, craftsmanship was eleven out of ten, great job.We're happy with the finished product.

Appreciate the follow up adjustment that Michael did on Wednesday. Did not follow thru re. door handle.

After the initial installation of the Kohler walkin bath tub, Michael Weldon came to adjust the plug handle to a softer turn on as requested.

After removing the panel to access the turn-on handle, Michael decerned a platform enhancement with additional insulation would be beneficial.

Michael spent 4 more hours making the platform and even fitted more insulation.

Michael made sure the area was well cleaned
He tested his work and cleaned up to the extent that I was well satisfied.

Michael explained and demonstrated some interesting features of the walkin tub, plus agreed an extra rack at the far end of the tub would be handy. I am looking forward to this back-wall addition.

Easy from start to finish. And when the first install didn’t go quite as expected, they quickly rescheduled and fixed it!

Promises not kept, multiple visits and calls when tasks should have been completed initially. Completion time was not as agreed upon and I am still owed money from them. No quality control.

Timely, professional, extremely conscientious about protecting access to work area, worked quietly and efficiently. Large, interactive crew worked inside home and out, with outside crew doing prep and pre-assembly.

Justin did a wonderful job wrangling his crew, whoever was here to work. Electricians and plumbers even walked me thru what they were going to do and how they planned to accomplish the . Justin had another gentleman working with him, an apprentice (?), and they always kept their work area cleaned up as they went. There were two and three young men that were constantly carrying items needed into the house…and carrying out scraps/garbage, etc. These young men were so kind and amiable! We have grandchildren their ages! They kept their work area around their tool area neat and had tools always available for Justin and any others that needed tools changed out. We were impressed by these young men. The finished job looked clean, I checked things for being “level” as they built, they swept as much of the dust off the floor that they could. There was some glue, caulking and a paste-like substance on the linoleum that I noticed after they had finished and left. But, as a woman who has designed, and helped build, three of our homes, I know how to remove those safely without hurting the flooring. NOT a worry, if it shows in any completion photos.
The two activation-buttons for air and whirlpool-activation, turned out to be backwards. #6 and #7 on the Unit Instruction Sheet provided by Renuity, upon completion of the install. Renuity is currently working on that issue.

Our only complaint, isn’t as much a complaint, as it is an overview;
We are aware of construction costs, wood, wiring, plumber, electrician, crew, travel, permits, etc. But what we hope is conveyed up-the-ladder to Kohler owners and execs? Is that we believe their product is over market price by a significant amount, namely the over $36,000 we paid. My husband has MS, Diabetes and Rheumatism. He’s in constant pain, it never stops, never goes away. I’m praying this tub may give him some relief. Time will tell.

Didn't feel pushed to make a rushed decision.

We ABSOLUTELY LOVE our new Kohler Luxstone walk-in shower. It's so beautiful and functional in every way. My husband needs to sit down to shower, so with the dual Shower heads he is able to sit on the installed seat and use the hand held shower head.
Clyde was our first contact. He came to our home and together we customized our shower. He was so helpful and gave us great suggestions. Installation only took 2 days. The first day, they took out the old shower and prepped for the new shower. Before they began any work all floors were covered to protect our floors. Travis and his assistants were very professional and very knowledgeable. They answered all our questions, were polite and respectful.

Brian and Aaron were the best in installing our walkin. Very friendly and got the job done. Steve even showed up and helped us make a change to the original plans (that Aaron and Brian pointed out)

It is expensive, but the install was well done.

Overall decent install. However I still have a cracked floor tile that they have not returned my calls on.

I have called several times to get things fixed. We have not been able to use our shower at all. It has been 2 weeks since the job was supposedly done.

It’s a beautiful product, I’d recommend a Kohler LuxStone shower.

Great attention to detail. They were very careful to not damage any nearby walls, trim, etc and they used vacuums and barriers to minimize dust.

Better coordination between the sales person's project description and what would be a part of the project would be helpful.
