I would NEVER recommend Rite Window / Kohler for a bathroom project...EVER! Outrageously overpriced! Low quality (JUNK) items provided and subpar installation contractors

Installation was very poor. Installers installed the windows properly but there were several issues including not cleaning up, and breaking tiles. The colored seal was not put in neatly. Very messy application, damaged stucco around the outside of home. Also, when we purchased the windows I was told paying with credit card was same as cash. Paid the final bill by credit card and was charged an additional fee. I have a dispute filed with my credit card company. I reached out to your company several times with no response. Also, communication on the installation was poor. We were originally told installation would be in Mid January because one of the windows was not in stock. Then were called the next day and told you were ready. We were told 1 day installation and it took 3 days plus the window was not in stock and couldn’t be completed until later. I should have waited for the original date as my wife was having surgery during this time.

Very good quality windows. Make sure you understand the differences in replacement windows to make an informed decision. Request the installation crew out of Ohio for top notch quality on installation.

The installers were incred I'llwent above and beyond what I expected in a good, professional crew. We have a houseful of disabled people and the crew was able to make them feel confident with the whole process. They were also able to answer questions with straight forward, understood by the lay person answers. I think that's pretty indicative or the superior quality of your installers.

I need someone to call me! The shower is not caulked under the shower head at the bottom of the shower. It needs to be caulked!! 417-489-3072

Everybody was so friendly. We were able to get what we wanted for a price I could afford. The only disappointment was the water pressure. It literally took me 10-15 longer in the shower because it takes so long to wash my hair. We were looking for our old one to install and we couldn’t find our original. Everything went well. Everybody knows what they are doing bc it is done so well

I was extremely pleased with the results of my shower makeover!He arrived on time and in 8 hours,the work was completed.There was a little damage done to my adjoining wwas but early the next morning another worker arrived to repair the damage including paint.Thank God,you have made me proud again of my master bathroom!!

I don't recommend this company because they are in deep need of professionalism, they promised work done in 2 days. It's already been a month and we are still waiting, they broke many things that weren't supposed to be broken down.

I’m pleased with the closet. I needed it done and they did a great job. Also the cabinets in the laundry room look nice and gives me the storage I wanted. My only negative, is regarding the cost as I keep seeing ads for senior discounts etc. that were not offered to me.
