The finished product is beautiful. Everyone we dealt with throughout the process from the planning to the installation to the followup was courteous, professional, and helpful.

Sales representative was very professional and thorough. Installation team arrived right on time, went through a materials checklist, and completed the job nicely in one day, and cleaned up the mess before leaving. Balance due was exactly as stated. Final product looked even nicer than I had expected.

The new step in shower exceeded our expectations both in quality and beauty. It is also much safer than the tub it replaced. My wife & I are closing on 80 years of age.

Got suckered with the old bait and switch on the "Lifetime" warranty. Initial install was delayed after they had told me they had received all the parts, and was informed on the day of the install they didn't have the right base and had to postpone. This delayed my floor contractor from finishing up my floor install as well.

This company is very great and reliable, the only reason I gave a 8/10 is because of the pricing. The work is top notch with very fast team workers but it’s very pricey.
