Terrible.
The first door ordered came scratched. The replacement doors weatherstripping was installed incorrectly. The project manager has failed to communicate with us regarding replacing the weatherstripping after multiple phone calls and texts. I phoned the company directly to place an order for new weatherstripping and was told it would take 12 to 13 weeks to arrive and then I would be contacted for it to be installed. That many weeks seems a bit excessive just for weatherstripping so as of right now, I'm not confident that the door will be repaired. The replacement door was installed January 29, 2026, and it is now March 16th. The completion of this project won't be done until June. In my opinion for a simple fix, it is taking far too long to correct.
The Project Manager (Mr. O'Brien) and his workers were respectful and diligent throughout the project.

For the most part we were satisfied, but we were told that we were to make 3 payments to Renuity, but the day of installation we were told that we needed to pay the full balance. Then we were told that there was insufficient funds for the check that we had given and we contacted the bank and the funds were there.
Because I am still waiting on a $584.07 Refund. I signed an amendment to the contract for $250 plus the balance remaining to be paid was $864.13 but they processed $1197.20 a difference of $334.07 plus the $250 = $584.07. I’ve been waiting since the companies went from FHIA to Renuity!! I’m going to have the Credit Card company to reverse charges as I did not authorize the totals paid.
Very pleasant and professional sales and installers. Product sublim, never thought the difference was going to be so noticeable.
The installation was performed in mid-November, but not completed until Feb 16 despite repeated appointments and commitments finish it. We chose this company, and paid a premium price, because of our perception the company and product were superior. The door may be superior; however; we consider the professionalism of the company to be in doubt.
The workmanship was excellent and they did the job in a timely manner. We were told the inspector would be here with the installer for the inspection today at 2:00. It is 5:00 and noone cane and no-one called. This is not professional.
The men did a very neat job of installation. Area outside and inside was protected and kept clean.
