The Permit was done expeditiously and the work was completed immediately and efficiently.

The entire process was easy. The information giving on the products was excellent. The agent processing my loan was informative. The installers were great at handling/moving the furniture to work. The work was very clean.

I am disappointed in the communication between the corporate offices and myself. They did not reply to emails timely, nor follow up on phone calls as promised. The installation team is what made the process go from bad to good.

We are very pleased with all the process, from sales, agreement, permits, installation, inspections and above all, the outstanding customer service.

The workers did a great job also very met their time schedule. They surprised me but returning all the furniture in place I would definitely recommend your crew to anyone who asks
