The worker/installer did a fabulous job. The only thing that we are upset about is that our house was torn up for 5 days. Why? The guy said he would not work on the weekend, but I was already scheduled for a Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. He changed it to Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Like I said, 5 days. He did an excellent job, though.
It was a bit of a bumpy process. I signed the contract back in around january for a shower with a glass butterfly door in rubbed bronze. It took maybe a month to get scheduled, then they weren't putting in a butterfly door when they showed up. Then they couldn't find a door that worked. Then they finally found one and had to paint it. I think after everything it took like 5 months to do the shower? There were also numerous small quality issues I had to point out to correct, and finally it leaked and had to be fixed.
Leaks in 2 places. Had to have installer come back 2 times and the one leak still was dripping after 2 tries so my husband had to fix it since it was because the gasket in the toilet was not seated properly. I believe Renken does not allow enough time for the installation and they have a time line that is unreasonable to take time on project.
The products and services were delivered as promised, and the workers were proficient in what they did.
