You need more Colby’s working for your company. He is the only employee who made sure to acknowledge receiving any question and concern we had, and if he couldn’t answer the question or help with what we needed, he would find out or let us know who could.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Listened to what I wanted and worked to make everything happen! I appreciate how hard everyone worked to make my dream house affordable.

It’s still early.
1- lack of transparency with the bank, asked repeatedly to be copied on all correspondence with United, they refuse.
2- have a teaser price like $120 sqft. However changes costs 3-4 times what the should. This is called buying work to lock in, then gouging for profit on any little change.
3- Custom homes but you can can’t ask for Delta fixtures….

The team is very professional and courteous. They walk through the whole process with you and are always available when reached out. They are very engaged with their work and it gives you a good feeling to know they ware with you through every step. This is their expertise and you are in safe hands.

Joseph clearly cares about the homes he builds and the families he builds them for, and we’re so grateful for the care he’s put into ours.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience so far, and we’re so thankful for both Natalie and Joseph. Red Door Homes is lucky to have them—and so are we!

It has been a wonderful experience so far. Buying a home and building what you really want there is no comparison. They call it dream home for a reason. You pick out literally everything that you want and also keeping your budget in mind along the way. They have thought of every little detail that will come up. People are absolutely wonderful! I could go on for…… But it’s the best decision anyone could make that wants to build a home and doesn’t know how.
