We were leaning towards Reaction after comparing several companies, when a relative who works in real estate ended further deliberation by recommending it as the company she always refers clients to. Reaction exceeded expectations in almost every area. It completed the job faster than scheduled, despite having unexpected additional work; It did an excellent job; and it helped us deal with a problem that cropped up that wasn't Reaction's fault. We've already recommended the company to one neighbor, and plan to use it again ourselves.
