After fumigation I wanted three quotes on replacing any broken tiles and also replacing some bad areas of 2nd story facia. Quote #1 came from a company who used a drone to identify the broken tiles, they viewed the facia from the ground and quoted me on replacing 35'. Quote #2 didnt bother to come out and inspect. They just sent me an email quote for replacing 13 broken tiles and 35' of facia. Quote #3 was from Rational. Richard from Rational came out, set up a ladder and climbed up on the roof to examine the facia. In addition to the 35' of facia already identified, he showed me where their was wood rot in the facia running across the enire front of the second story.
The quote he sent me was to replace 90' of facia in addition to replacing the broken tiles, check around all vents to make sure they were sealed, etc. His quote was only $300 more than the #1 quote even though it was for replacing almost three times the amount of facia.
The only complaint I have is that it was difficult to get into their schedule as they seemed to be extremely busy.
They finally fit me in and in two days completed all the work to my satisfaction.
I would highly recomend them to anyone that asks.
