The three other companies I contacted for estimates required me to complete an online request for service. Richard provided an estimate before any of the other roofing even contacted me. And every one of them had HIGHER estimates than Richard.

Richard provided a simple yet detailed contract for work to be completed. Richard obtained all permitting required and had job on his schedule within 10 days!

Richard was on site overseeing entire project. His crew is a well oiled machine! Every aspect of project was coordinated perfectly. There was zero damage to property; in fact, clean up was so complete, there was no indication that any construction project had taken place.
