There communication from start to finish was great. They maintained the schedule they communicated to me from the start to end and there were no real surprises. The build crew was hard working and a well oiled machine, keeping the job site picked up and did not have garbage blowing around.

They were easy to work with and made the process smooth.

The two people who referred me to RAM have not received payment as promised by Spencer, my RAM representative.

Additional Comments - I have used Ram for the initial build of my shed and most recently the roof replacement after a Hail Storm. They have always been responsive and meet the timeline that was outlined. I have had bad experiences with their competitor which prompted me to look at using Ram and they have not let me down.

They were able to do the project within my budget. John was responsive when I called or emailed with a question.

If you are looking for a building to be put up extremely quickly, but don't prioritize quality, I would recommend Ram. If quality is your priority, I would go with a different builder. I should note, the builders who did my building were sub-contracted by Ram, not actual Ram builders. Overall I was disappointed.

They have the ability to deliver quality materials and provide a framing crew that errected my 50' x 104' x 16' sidewalls pole barn, that is perfect and erected it in only 4 days. Incredible
