They handled everything from the initial assessment of damage to following up with the insurance company to ensure the last check was sent upon completion of the work.

Our room was installed when there was snow on the ground. We were told they would come back when the snow melted to clean up the nails and extra trash. However, this did not happen. My husband had to request someone come to clean up. Someone did come and clean up some, but my husband had to spend a couple of hours cleaning up after him. They did a great job of clean up with our neighbors, but not with us. I understand weather prevented clean up that day, but we should not have had to clean up after them.
