I got a roof plus gutters thinking it would be done all at the same time by the same crew. It was not. 2 different crews they obviously sub out. I thought the installation was a bit rushed and some of the shingles are lifting up in places I feel they should not be. I had a punch list they had to return to do and they showed up late, like after 6pm, and did not leave until after 7pm. That was inconvenient for us. There is also a piece of sheeting they just reused over my patio cover and I feel that should have been replaced with new. My project manager Nick was great at communication, sticking to scheduled meeting times, and was professional and friendly.
