Bad experience based on an almost zero response whenever questions/issues came up. The installation of the chimney enclosures was a nightmare and needed 4 attempts to get it right. The work had to be rejected due to sub-standard quality in execution several times. Eventually, a damaged shingle was not repaired as promised but fraudulently covered with loose (!) granules for the picture to show the repair was done. The entire process also dragged out over weeks until the job was finished (we agreed to some flexibility but didn’t expect it to take that long).

Did work one day and not show up 3 days, if can’t work continuously don’t work until you can. Work done was so poor, left woods pile up on roof, neighbor and postman said it was unsafe refusing to drop mails. Cody and Sean just didn’t know how to communicate with customer , just money hungry!! So much headache thru
